We are excited to announce the 2024 Colorado Healthcare Ethics Forum (CHEF) Annual Conference, scheduled for May 22-23, 2024 at the Wellshire Event Center in Denver. The CHEF mission is to facilitate opportunities for collaboration and networking among persons and organizations engaged in healthcare ethics across the state of Colorado. CHEF actively seeks out diverse perspectives and open dialogue on morally complex issues.
This year’s conference theme, Healthcare Equity: Ethical Challenges and Solutions will explore healthcare equity, focusing on difficult ethical challenges and solutions that advance the fair and just delivery of healthcare to underserved and underrepresented populations. Addressing healthcare disparities requires a multi-faceted approach, including policy changes, increased cultural humility in healthcare delivery, improved access to education and preventive services, and efforts to address health related social needs. The conference will attract up to 100 attendees made up of physicians, nurses, therapists, clergy, attorneys and students, interested in health care ethics.
Again this year, the CHEF conference will offer an exclusive Sponsorship/Exhibit program for organizations interested in interfacing with CHEF attendees. The CHEF Sponsorship and Exhibitor Program will provide an opportunity for your organization to showcase programs, products and services used by those in the healthcare profession. The exhibit opportunities can only be offered only to the top sponsorship levels, but there are many opportunities to showcase your organization available.

Sponsorship Prospectus
All sponsorships will be acknowledged on the sponsor page at https:// www.coloradoethicsforum.org/ and in the online conference program. All promotional items must be approved by the conference committee and coordinated with the conference office.
Presenting Sponsor - $5,000 (1 Available-Exclusive)
The Presenting Sponsor will receive all of the items identified in the prospectus, including a 3–5-minute presentation in front of attendees during conference, complimentary registration, a reserved table at lunch for your organization, to meet with CHEF board members or attendees of your choosing. Company logo and “sponsored by” will be included in the online conference program, on all social media, marketing materials (created after securing sponsorship) and CHEF website. Logos will remain on the conference web page through December 2024.
Keynote Speaker Sponsor (both days)
Includes all indicated items in prospectus table, plus logo and “sponsored by” on all social media, marketing materials (created after securing sponsorship) and CHEF website. Logos will remain on the conference web page through December 2024.
Platinum Sponsor - $3,500 (2 Available)
Platinum Sponsors will receive all of the items listed in the prospectus table.
Lunch Sponsor
The CHEF Conference will provide two luncheons for attendees. Lunch sponsors will receive signage acknowledging this sponsorship. The lunch sponsor will receive a complimentary exhibit table as well as 2-3 minutes to address the group prior to lunch.

This sponsor will cover the printing costs for the conference.

Sponsor will receive enhanced recognition within the online program. Any company/ organization handouts provided will be placed on tables at each seat, rather than placed in the bag.

Registration Sponsor
Includes logo signage at the registration desk at the conference. This sponsorship does not include time to address attendees.
Item Sponsorships Available:
As an event or item sponsor, you will also receive recognition on any sponsor recognition pieces. You will be responsible for providing the required number of pieces with your logo for the conference participants, with this sponsorship level.
Pen Sponsorship - $400
With your logo on a pen, your name will be front and center as the participants take notes during the conference. Sponsor is responsible for providing the pens.
Lanyard Sponsorship - $500
The lanyards will have your logo imprinted and will be worn by every attendee at the conference. Sponsor is responsible for providing the lanyards.
